Why an orthodontist?

A smile, whether your own or your child's, is very precious. Let an expert take care of it.

An orthodontist is a recognized, certified specialist who diagnoses and corrects dental malocclusions. Following a five-year university program leading to a general dentistry degree (Doctor of Dental Medicine), a graduate program (Master's of Orthodontics) is required to become an orthodontist. Orthodontists limit their practice to this field exclusively and continually upgrade their skills to remain abreast of new techniques.

The Association des Orthodontistes du Québec has a list of all the orthodontists practising in the province.
